Screenshot PDF or Print PDF?
| PageScan PDF | Browser Print → Save as PDF | |
|---|---|---|
| Looks like the screen | Yes | Often not: print styles change the layout |
| Menus, sticky bars, backgrounds | As on screen, sticky bars once | Often hidden or cut |
| Notes, arrows, blur | Yes | No |
| Text you can select and search | No, it is an image | Yes |
| Pages inside web apps (panels that scroll) | Whole panel | Usually only the visible part |
Choose PageScan when the PDF must show what you saw: a design review, a report for a client, proof of a price or of an error. Choose Print when you need to copy text later.
