These terms cover your use of Trippi. By adding the extension you agree to them.

Using Trippi

Trippi provides live translated captions for meetings you take part in. Use it lawfully and respect the rules of the meetings and platforms you join, including any recording and consent requirements where you are.

Subscriptions and billing

The free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — your receipt and card statement come from Paddle.

Refunds

If Pro did not work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that window a subscription can still be cancelled at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; part-used periods are not refunded. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to violate others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer

Captions and translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. Trippi is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trippi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
