Team plans: one pool, one invoice
A shared pool of hours rather than a count of seats: Team S is $49 for 120 hours and up to 5 people, Team M is $99 for 250 and up to 15, Team L is $199 for 500 and up to 40. Hours nobody got round to using do not sit stranded in one person’s account — whoever has the meetings spends them.
Five people on personal Pro plans is $60 for 125 hours in five pools that never mix; Team S is $49 for 120 hours in one that does. Fifteen people on Pro is $180 against $99. The bigger the team, the more of it barely uses the thing — and on a personal plan those people overpay most.
Two or three of you do not need a team plan: personal ones are cheaper. Neither does a team that together uses noticeably less than the pool. It starts paying for itself at about five people.
The personal plan stays the primary one and is still bought without an administrator or an approval. A team plan is an invoice, not a licence the product refuses to work without. Pick the size and pay right here: the account is created from the address you type into the payment form.
Paid by card through Paddle, with a receipt for every charge. If you need a company invoice or a VAT number on it, write to us before you pay and we will check and answer.
What counts as a minute
What is counted is time with captions running, not the length of the meeting. A call sitting open in a tab with translation switched off costs nothing; an hour-long meeting where you needed ten minutes of somebody else’s talk costs ten minutes.
The free budget is enough to find out whether the quality holds up for your accent and your language pair. If translation becomes a habit, Pro is cheaper than rationing the free tier.
What the platforms charge for the same thing
Google: from $14 per user a month — translated captions come with Workspace Business Standard, and an administrator has to switch them on. On a personal account the only path is Google AI Pro at around $20 a month, a subscription to all of Gemini. Microsoft asks for Teams Premium, about $10 per user. Zoom sells translation as a separate add-on.
Trippi is $6 for ten hours, bought by the person who needs it, and it works on any account: a free Gmail, a school one, a call you are only a guest on. The platforms sell a seat inside an organisation, we sell hours to a person.

Invite a colleague — you both get bonus hours
When somebody you invited subscribes, you both get up to 25 bonus hours. If you are on a paid plan by then, your own reward comes as a free month instead. The reward is tied to a purchase, not to an install.
The size of each side is a month of the plan they bought, capped at 25 hours, credited once the 14-day refund window has passed, up to five invitations a month. The invite link lives in your account.
Inviting an audience rather than a colleague — a channel, a class, a community? The deal there is a different one, and it is on the partners page.
Billing questions
Do I need a card for the free plan?+
No. The free plan works with no card and no account.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — Pro cancels in one click, no questions asked.
Is Google AI Pro cheaper?+
Google AI Pro is about $20 a month for all of Gemini, with speech translation in Meet as one part of it, and it only helps inside Google Meet. Trippi is $6 for ten hours and works on Meet, Zoom, Teams and any other call playing in a browser tab.
How does inviting a colleague work?+
Your invite link is in your account. When somebody you invited subscribes, you both get up to 25 bonus hours — a month of the plan they bought, capped at 25 hours. If you are on a paid plan by then, your side comes as a free month instead. Credited after the 14-day refund window, up to five invitations a month.
