Can ChatGPT transcribe a meeting? Not by itself

ChatGPT is very good with a meeting once the meeting is text. It cannot make it text: it does not join calls, it does not listen to your tab, and voice mode is a conversation with ChatGPT, not a microphone pointed at your colleagues. So the question is not “can ChatGPT transcribe” but “where does the transcript come from”.

After the call, the meeting page has “Open in ChatGPT”: the transcript goes to your clipboard and ChatGPT opens; paste, and ask. A long meeting travels through the clipboard, not through the address bar, so nothing is cut.

How to start
