Notes are worth something only where you read them, and that is rarely the tool that wrote them. Today Trippi Notes exports every meeting as Markdown or plain text, which covers any tool that takes a paste. Direct exports to office formats and to a few specific tools are not built yet; the pages below say so, and let you ask to be told when they are.
Today: Markdown and plain text
Every meeting page has Export: the summary, the transcript or both. Markdown keeps the headings, the task checkboxes and the speaker names. Plain text is for anything that strips formatting.

- Email. The summary to attendees, from Trippi Notes in your name or via your mail app. Send notes to attendees.
- Trackers. Tasks to Jira, Asana and Linear. Action items.
- Assistants. Open a meeting in ChatGPT or Claude, or connect the journal over MCP. MCP server.
- A link. A read-only page for anyone with the link, if the archive is on.

Built: Markdown, plain text, email, Jira, Asana, Linear, ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, read-only link. Not built: PDF, DOCX, Notion, Google Docs, Slack. The roadmap pages say which is next, and the button on each tells us you want it.

Can I export the transcript as a file?+
As Markdown or plain text, yes: copy it or save the text. PDF and DOCX files are on the roadmap.
Does Markdown keep the speaker names and times?+
Yes. Each line is “**Name** time — text”.
Can I export all meetings at once?+
One meeting at a time today. Ask us if you need a bulk export; it helps us order the roadmap.
