Meeting minutes to PDF
Trippi Notes team · facts checked on 2026-10-17
Not in Trippi Notes yet. On the roadmap.
A PDF is the format minutes are filed in: it is sent to a board, attached to a contract, kept for an audit, and nobody can quietly edit it. Trippi Notes does not export PDF yet. It is first on the export roadmap, because “meeting minutes PDF” is the most asked-for file format by a wide margin.
What is planned
- One click on the meeting page: minutes as a PDF with the meeting name, date, attendees, decisions, action items and open questions.
- Optional: the transcript as an appendix, with speaker names and times.
- Your language, the template you chose, and no logo of ours unless you want it.
What works today
- 1Export as Markdown or plain text. From the meeting page.
- 2Paste into any editor and print to PDF. Word, Pages, Google Docs or a Markdown editor all print to PDF; the headings and task list survive.
- 3Or email it. The summary to attendees from Trippi Notes, which many people file instead of a PDF.
Where the notes come from
Trippi Notes writes the meeting live from your browser tab on Google Meet, Zoom and Teams, with speaker names, in 68 languages, and builds the summary by template after the call. The minutes generator.
