Meeting minutes to Word (DOCX)

Trippi Notes team · facts checked on 2026-10-17

Not in Trippi Notes yet. On the roadmap.

Word is where minutes are edited by the person who did not attend: the assistant who formats them, the secretary who adds the attendance list, the lawyer who changes one sentence. A DOCX export is planned, right after PDF. Until then, Word takes the plain-text export well, and the structure is already there.

What is planned

  • One click: a .docx with headings, decisions, action items as a table (task, owner, due), open questions, and the transcript as an optional section.
  • Styles that match a plain Word template, so the document can be edited without fighting the formatting.
  • The minutes template of your choice, in your language.

What works today

  1. 1Export as plain text. From the meeting page.
  2. 2Paste into Word. Apply Heading 1 and 2 to the section names; the lists are already lists.
  3. 3Or start from a Word template. The minutes template is on this site in plain text; paste the summary into its sections.

Where the notes come from

Trippi Notes writes the meeting live from your browser tab on Google Meet, Zoom and Teams, with speaker names, in 68 languages, and builds the summary by template after the call. The minutes generator.
