Meeting notes to Notion

Not in Trippi Notes yet. On the roadmap.
Notion is where many teams keep their meeting notes database, with a page per meeting and properties for date, project and owner. A direct connection from Trippi Notes is planned: after each meeting, a page in the database you choose. Today the Markdown export pastes into a Notion page with the structure intact, including the task checkboxes.
What is planned
- Connect Notion with its own sign-in, choose a database, and get a page per meeting with title, date, attendees, summary, tasks and transcript.
- Properties filled from the meeting: date, template, project if you map it.
- By hand or automatically after every meeting, like the trackers.
What works today
- 1Export as Markdown. From the meeting page.
- 2Paste into a new Notion page. Notion converts Markdown headings, lists and “[ ]” checkboxes on paste.
- 3Add properties by hand. Date and project; the rest is in the text.
Where the notes come from
Trippi Notes writes the meeting live from your browser tab on Google Meet, Zoom and Teams, with speaker names, in 68 languages, and builds the summary by template after the call. The minutes generator.
