Can Claude take meeting notes? Not by itself

Claude writes excellent meeting notes. It cannot attend the meeting. It has no way into a Zoom call, no ear on your Teams tab, and its voice mode is a conversation with you. So “can Claude take meeting notes” has two honest answers: no, it cannot take them; yes, it can write them, once something else has heard the call.

Get the call into text
Trippi Notes hears the meeting tab in Chrome after your click, on Google Meet, Zoom and Teams in the browser, in 68 languages, with speaker names, without a bot. After the call, “Open in Claude” copies the transcript and opens Claude; paste and ask. The summary, tasks and email are also written inside Trippi Notes, with quotes, if you do not need Claude for them.
Give Claude the whole journal
With the MCP server, Claude reads your meetings and tasks directly: “what did we decide about hiring this month?” gets an answer with the meetings it came from, in Claude’s window, with nothing pasted. How to connect.

Claude: Two: “send the updated timeline to the client” from Atlas planning (14 Oct), and “confirm with legal about the signature” from the same meeting. Both are yours; neither is marked done.
The same for ChatGPT and Cursor

Trippi Notes hears the call and writes the transcript, summary, tasks and email. Claude reads them, by paste or over MCP, and does what you ask with them. Neither keeps the audio.

No. Claude does not have access to your audio or your browser tabs.
Is there a Claude bot that joins meetings?+
Not from Anthropic. Bots that join calls are separate products, and they appear in the participant list. Trippi Notes does not join either; it hears your tab.
