The call note in the CRM is the one everyone forgets, and the one the manager reads. Trippi Notes writes the call summary with pain, budget, decision maker and next step; today you copy it into the CRM yourself. A direct connection is planned and its place in the queue depends on how many people ask.
What is planned
- Log the call. After a meeting with a known contact, a call note on the contact or deal in HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho: the summary, the tasks, a link to the meeting page.
- Match by attendee. The attendee’s email, as in the follow-up email, finds the contact.
- By hand or automatically. Like the trackers: a button, or after every meeting of a kind.
