What it looks like
Each line appears with the speaker’s name, in Spanish or English as it was said, with a line in the language you chose under it.

Spanish and English in one call
- Spanish from Spain, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina are recognized as Spanish; the glossary helps with regional product names.
- A meeting that switches between the two is written in both; the translation line stays in the language you chose.
- The follow-up email can be written in Spanish or in English, in a formal tone for a client or a warm one for a team.
Where it works
Google Meet, Zoom in the browser and Teams in the browser, from your side of the call: the host does not need a plan or a setting. Live translation by platform.
After the call
- Summary. Decisions, tasks and open questions, in Spanish or English, whichever you read.
- Follow-up email. Written from the summary in the language of the person you send it to. Send the notes to attendees.
- Questions. Ask about the meeting in Spanish or English; the answer quotes the original lines.
How to start
- 1Open the call in Chrome. Google Meet, Zoom in the browser, or Teams in the browser.
- 2Click the Trippi Notes icon. From that click it hears the meeting tab and your microphone, and writes each line with the speaker’s name.
- 3Read along, or read it after. The lines appear as people speak. After the call you get a summary, tasks and a follow-up draft.

Both languages are recognized live, with a translation line in the one you choose; your own words are included. The summary, tasks and email come in the language you read. It does not speak the translation, and it does not replace an interpreter for a signed agreement.
