Meeting notes

Meeting notes in your language — from a call held in another.

Transcript, bilingual notes and a summary in the language you read, from a meeting held in a language you don’t. No bot joins the call.

Other note-takers translate the notes afterwards. Trippi never needed the detour.

Most AI note-takers transcribe the call in the language it was spoken in and then run the finished text through a translator. It works, but it puts a bot in the participant list and a copy of your meeting on somebody else’s server. Trippi hears the call itself, so the notes are built from what was said and handed to you in your language — with nothing added to the meeting.

What you get after the call

A full transcript of the meeting — every line, not just the last few that were on screen. Bilingual notes put the original next to its translation with who said what, so a quote you need to forward stays checkable against the words that were actually spoken.

A summary is built only when you press the button: the gist, the decisions, the tasks with owners and the questions nobody answered. It comes out in the language you read, not the language of the call — which is the point of having it here rather than in a general-purpose summariser.

Where the text lives

The transcript stays in your own browser. We do not receive it and cannot read it, which is a different arrangement from tools that keep your meetings in an account you log into.

Export it as .txt or Markdown, or copy it straight into your notes. Nothing is kept on our side after the session, so the copy in your browser is the copy that exists.

Frequently asked questions

Does a bot join the meeting to take notes?+

No. Nothing appears in the participant list and nobody is notified. Trippi listens to the audio of the tab you already have open, so the meeting looks exactly the same to everyone else.

Can the notes be in a different language than the meeting?+

That is the normal case. The meeting can be in one language and the transcript, notes and summary in another — you pick the language you read.

Where is the transcript stored?+

In your browser. A copy goes to our server in two cases: with the after-call email, and when you press Summarize. Neither is kept there once the mail or the summary is written, and both can be switched off.

Does the meeting summary work for a webinar or a lecture too?+

Yes. The transcript and the meeting summary are built from whatever the tab was playing, so a webinar or an online class gives you the same notes as a call.

Can I export the notes?+

Yes — .txt or Markdown, or copy the text straight out.

Stop guessing what they said.
